This Privacy Policy explains how Leo Emil (“we”, “us”, the “developer”) handles information in connection with the mobile game Orbit Drop (the “Game”). By using the Game, you agree to the practices described here.

The short version

We don’t run servers that collect your personal data, and we don’t ask you to create an account. Your scores, settings and progress stay on your device. The only data leaving your device is what third‑party services — mainly Google AdMob (ads) and Apple (purchases) — process to do their job, under their own privacy policies.

Information handled in the Game

• On‑device game data. High scores, settings, progress, daily streaks and your purchase status are stored locally on your device only. We do not receive or store this information.
• Advertising data. The Game shows ads through Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, Google and its ad partners may collect and use device information such as an advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS), IP address, device and operating‑system details, and ad‑interaction data.
• Purchase data. In‑app purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We never see or store your payment details; we only receive confirmation of whether a purchase was made so we can unlock the corresponding feature on your device.
• Local notifications. The Game may schedule reminders (for example, a daily‑streak nudge) directly on your device. These are generated locally and are not sent to any server.

How information is used

• To display and measure advertising (via Google AdMob and its partners).
• To process in‑app purchases and unlock purchased features (via Apple).
• To save your game progress and preferences on your device.

Third‑party services

The Game relies on the following third parties, which handle data under their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob — advertising. See Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
• Apple — app distribution and in‑app purchases. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Your choices and controls

• App Tracking Transparency (iOS). The Game asks for your permission before any tracking used for personalized ads. You can change your decision at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
• Personalized vs. non‑personalized ads. In the EEA and UK, a consent form lets you choose how your data is used for advertising. You can also limit ad personalization through your device’s privacy and tracking settings, or contact us about your choices.
• Advertising identifier. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.
• Delete your data. Uninstalling the Game removes the data stored on your device. You can also clear your scores from within the Game.

Children’s privacy

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Data retention and security

Game data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the Game. Data handled by Google and Apple is retained according to their policies. We apply reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Users in the EEA and UK (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, the legal bases for processing are your consent (for personalized advertising) and legitimate interests (operating the Game and serving non‑personalized ads). You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Because we do not hold personal data on our own servers, requests about advertising data are best directed to Google. You can also limit tracking and ad personalization in your device settings, or contact us to ask about your choices.

Users in California (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell your personal information. Any data used for advertising is handled by our ad partners under their own privacy policies, and you can limit it using the device and consent controls described above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
